GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR
Multinational Chemical Group, worldwide leader producing chemicals for many different industrial appllications, is developing its business on an International scale. The candidate reporting to the General Manager Worldwide will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop global business and customer satisfaction by providing directions and strategies to our specialized sales force, a quality service to customers worldwide;
- Directly promote the products and improve revenue from existing customers;
- Directly manage the local and international key customers;
- Directly manage a team of technical-sales experts;
- Coordinate strategically the development of new markets, product lines and identify new business opportunities;
- Manage relations with the technical units and the R&D centre;
- Identify client’s new needs in order to develop new chemical products;
- Manage autonomously the budget assigned;
- Travel on an International scale.
Skills requested:
- At least 5 years of technical-sale experience in companies producing or distributing additives or chemicals;
- Experience in managing people;
- Degree in Chemistry;
- Fluent English;
- International Mobility.
